Mmmm, I loooove Cholula (and Tapatio and Sriracha), but Tabasco is a mainstay, too. Plus, Cholula is delicious but not vert hot!
Also, I love Old Bay on fries.

Beth, I agree about Cholula vs. Tabasco. I detest Tabasco. Prefer Cholula or Red Rooster Hot Sauce. I prefer some taste with my heat.
Sometimes I mix mayo and ketchup, or I do ketchup and lots of pepper or just ranch!

I'm picky about the kinds of fries I eat so I usually don't eat them very often. When I do I eat them with ranch of bbq sauce. I hate ketchup!!!
