What Dishes Are You Most Excited to Make This Spring?

It's April, and that means Spring is finally here! This year I've decided to go all out by cooking with as many seasonal fruits and vegetables as possible. Not just the usual suspects like asparagus and artichokes, but the more unusual produce like morels, ramps, and rhubarb. Besides produce, I also hope to experiment with some interesting desserts like homemade Peeps. And since I'm starting to feel like I'm the only person on the planet who's never made cake pops, I plan on giving them a try, too.
