Honey Mustard or Ranch Dressing. I like them covered in cheese and bacon bits too!

mmmmm fries.. with white vinegar, sea salt and fresh ground pepper!! Occasionally (maybe 2X/yr)for a treat, a poutine, which is fries, chicken gravy (with little bits of chicken meat) and cheese curds. I can hear my arteries clogging as I eat that treat!!
Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing. Soooo good!

Thai sweet chili sauce
I dip them in either Ranch dressing, Green Goddess dressing or 'Country Bob's' brand all-purpose sauce.

Personally, I like any and all condiments on my fries! (Not at the same time, though.)
i'm told that i'm really gross but....i use
KETCHUP AND APPLE SAUCE mixed together. yes i know - EWWW but if you try it - it's not so bad. it's the sweet and the vinegar mixed together and it's great
the other way that i eat them is with honey mustard, or sweet n sour sauce, or bbq sauce or ketchup/mayo or ketchup only. basically - FF are one of the only foods that i indulge in from time to time and i eat them just about any way!
Ketchup
There is a restaurant in Chicago called Minnie's and with their frites they serve a sauce that is mayo, herbes the provence & ketchup. It is SO fantastic they used to bottle & sell it, but they don't anymore. I am going to try to whip this up myself next time I have fries. :)

I don't eat potatoes often but when I do I like a lot of different flavors depending on what's available...ketchup's fine, with salt and black pepper. Malt vinegar is good a la the UK...
Gravy like in Canada...hm, I could like that too I think.
Aioli is nice also...I kind of prefer the fries to have a spicy seasoning if I am going for the more mayo-style sauces. Like a cajun spice for instance, that could be nummy.
Barbecue sauce or a McDonald's ice cream cone! Yum!
I will dip my fries in honey mustard if it meets the following requirements:
1. The establishment/restaurant makes great honey mustard sauce to the color, consistency and taste that I like.
2. The fries are crinkle cut only. Salted lightly just out of the fry.
If these two requirements are met... I am one happy honey mustard dip loving, french fry eating machine!!
White vinegar and salt...(and sometimes ketchup)...yum!
salt, pepper, dijon mustard, or any other delicious, zesty (not yellow!) mustard.
Usually just salt and pepper...sometimes ketchup, ranch or cheese.
Those fries in the picture are making my mouth water!!
A creamy and tart aioli is my first choice, ketchup is a close second.
