We're all guilty of it every now and again. Dinner has been eaten and dessert dishes are cleaned up too, but somehow you still need a little something something to get you through the night. When that craving strikes, what do you eat?

dark chocolate for sure, as well as the occasional gummy bear (hence the username I suppose). Lately, I've been making myself a cup of vanilla chai tea along with a few segments of grapefruit.

OMG, I totally thought I was the only person who goes for the cereal in the middle of the night. I can't believe it's the top choice!

chocolate (esp. dark chocolate), popcorn, salt and vinegar chips, cookies...pretty much anything

Cereal for me. I'd eat cookies, ice cream or chips but I find that not having those items in the house keeps the temptation down. Twice a week I go out for a real decadent treat like a cupcake or a cannoli.

I always have Yoplait Light Thick & Creamy yogurt in my fridge. It's only 100 calories and I can have it for dessert, or even if I've already had that and am still hungry later on in the evening, I don't feel bad for splurging on something so tasty and relatively healthy. I especially love it with Grapenuts on top!
