What Frozen Food Products Do You Consume?
Sep 25 2007 • By
I eat tons of frozen fake meat!
i used to eat those frozen banquet dishes...so unhealthy. now the only frozen items i've got are pizza & ice cream!
I eat frozen food all the time. Mostly Morningstar Farms and Boca vegetarian meat products. I do eat fresh too though. I'll pair Morningstar Farms "chicken strips" made into chicken fajitas with grilled veggies and homemade, fresh guacamole. It's all about balance. I also eat a lot of fresh veggie salads as a side with something frozen. Frozen food can be quick and it's not all unhealthy.
frozen veggies, Trader Joe's chicken gyoza potstickers (my go-to lazy dinner.. just boil and eat), ice pops!!
There are some things that I like better frozen. Walmart sells these double cheeseburgers that taste better than any that I've ever bought fresh. I also like ice cream from Mayfield, but I usually prefer to make my own. I absolutely refuse to use frozen veggies or fruits. I don't care how much extra I have to pay for fresh, the cost is usually worth it.
just ice cream and Cassava/Taro Root- it is poisonous if you don't take the skin off and it is sometimes hard to find fresh, so frozen in little bags is the way to go! my roommate sometimes has some frozen vegan indian wraps but i don't like them.
I love Amy's Organic frozen meals and their spinach pizza is the best!
ice cream and pizza. I own frozen veggies but only use them in stirfry which I don't make all that often.
frozen veggies/fruit/taters, occasional pizza & ice cream
oh, and of course ice cream!
i LIVE off frozen food!
I am very careful about what frozen food I eat. The sodium in most of it is SCARY!!!! I never really thought about it til I met my husband. He's a personal trainer...so my diet has changed a lot in the last year and a half...lol... I do eat frozen veggies and ice cream (on occasion.)
Frozen veggies, the occasional frozen pizza
, and Lean Pockets to take to work!
All of the above. I have a lot of lean cuisines, vegetables, ice cream, and other stuff.
Almost all varieties of Amy's products are great.
I eat from a few of these categories. I especially like those Stouffer's skillets and their lasagna.
ice cream 5 times a year and chicken nuggets 3 times a year. that's it.
I don't use any frozen foods. I used to buy the occasional ice cream, but since I bought an ice cream maker, I don't even need buy that any more! I try to eat local and fresh to stay healthy. Of course, it helps that I love to cook and bake.
Veggies (peas ans spinach), fruits (raspberries) and bread (when I find a good French baguette, I buy extra and freeze it)
frozen veggies, frozen bananas (i buy them fresh, but freeze them)...and sometimes ice cream
pizza for once in a while....ice cream!!! sometimes berries for smoothies
Ice cream, gelato, and every variety of Amy's pizza that we can get at Whole Foods.
The other white meat, a side of pork... when you go to the buthcer and buy such a large quantity, it is less than $2.00 a pound! We also have lean cuisne, healthy choice and lean budget gourmet meals, ice cream, turkey burgers, chicken breast and frozen veggies.
Fruits and veggies, ice cream, and waffles!
I have an extra chest freezer in my basement and it's filled with seafood, meat, and fish. I'm always buying stuff on sale and freezing it. I just can't pass up jumbo shrimp at $5/lb!! (I probably have 8 pounds of shrimp tucked away!)
