I have to go with Grey Poupon's Country Dijon. Spicy, tangy, and coarse-grained for a good texture... you can't beat it!

I love shallot mustard, or herbed mustard.....any kind of mustard except for mustards with sugar in them: I LOVE!! I eat mustard EVERYDAY on EVERYTHING!!!!! You name it, I eat it on it!

I like spicy mustard on Subway sandwiches, and regular mustard on everything else.

Before they had 50 types of mustard, Candlestick Park in SF just served the brown mustard on their hot dogs. I still use the brown mustard when I stop at my favorite hot dog spot before a college football game.

I love all mustards as well. The shop I work in sells about 15 different types of mustard and I love them all. We use the champagne mustard the most in our cooking though.
