What Would You Do If You Owned a Kitchen Nightmare?

On last night's episode of Kitchen Nightmares, Gordon Ramsay headed to the Olde Stone Mill and found Dean, a very difficult restaurant owner. Dean was totally unwilling to admit that his restaurant was a failure, the food was crappy, and the place was empty. When Ramsay suggested he change the menu completely, to a steakhouse, Dean was very hesitant and rude.

It made me wonder how I would feel if Ramsay came into a joint that I owned. Would it be hard for me to change everything to his liking? How about you?
