Spinach smoothie. I know it sounds gross, but there are other stuff in it like mango and banana (that's what it taste like, not leafy green veggie). It's a lovely, bright green color.

Mimosa if I'm at home (which is where I normally have brunch). Bellini if I'm brunching out with the girls. Bloody Mary if I'm going out for a late breakfast with the guys!
