I simply love Jamon Serrano which is a cured ham from Spain! What can I do when you live in Spain? Jamon is one of the country's favorite food. And I can understand why :)

Nothing beats a good smoked turkey sandwich on sourdough bread topped with swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato...mmmm... Its a classic and a sure way to beat a hangover!

I'm not big on deli meats, but I like salami and chicken breast, and will eat turkey if that's all that's available. I like the Prosciutto jingle, Giggle!

I agree 7Bits, I loves me the prosciutto! I even wrote the beginnings of a jingle..."Prosciutto di Parma/It won't cause you harm-a"...(no matter what redsox says...;) )
