What's Your Favorite Kind of Bell Pepper?

Bell peppers are in season in many parts of the country right now. I picked up some delicious yellow peppers at the farmers market this weekend, though my default is usually red peppers. How about you?

Orange is my favorite because they taste sweeter than the others, followed by yellow, then red. I cannot stand green peppers and there are even purple peppers but when you open them up they are green inside and taste like green peppers.

I only like yellow bell peppers. I have no idea why! Can't stand the rest.

i love all of them. i like making food with all of them for the colour. i like it when my food is colourful with nice vegetables.

I might be a freak- but I'm allergic ONLY to the green ones! They make my tummy soooooo ill. But I love to use the yellow ones to garnish salads because the colour is so pretty. and roasted red peppers with goat's cheese....YUM!!!!

Not a big fan of the bells in general. In certain dishes, I MUST have them, or the dish is sacrificed. So indepently, I hate them, but sometimes they're good.

I don't like bell peppers, I'm a hot pepper kind of girl. But I do cook with them, just because they make the food look nice and colorful.

i LOVE all colors of bell peppers. i like green when i want fresh - salad type veggies...and i love yellow/red/orange if i want something sweeter. i've also grown white peppers and purple peppers in my vegetable garden and they've also been really sweet which is a nice thing in the summer.
