What's Your Favorite Kind of Chocolate?

Tonight I made a bunch of chocolate cupcakes for Jimmy's birthday (you'll have to check out next week's 52 weeks of baking to see them) and when purchasing my ingredients I decided that I wanted to do a dark chocolate ganache glaze instead of a milk or semi-sweet. Why? Because I love dark chocolate. So how about you? What's your favorite kind of chocolate?

Mmmm chocolate!! My favorite thing! haha I'm a chocoholic...I love milk, then white. I know dark is better for you but I don't like it much.

dark is amazing, but if you force me to (haha) ill eat any kind, although i cant take too much of white chocolate...

I'm with lalalaurie - I choose ALL THE ABOVE. :) I also agree with the people that said it depends on the kind of chocolate because there is some really crappy dark chocolates. sooo bitter!

I love white chocolate and dark chocolate. White only sparingly, and usually shaved on top of cakes and pastries. But Dark - any time!

I know its weird but i've never loved chocolate like most people. I like it occasionally maybe a reeses.but i'd rather eat french fries or chips than chocolate haha
