I have a list of things I cannot resist so here goes:- Bell Peppers- Artichoke Hearts- Sesame Kale- Sauteed Veggies (zuchinni, squash, eggplant, onions, etc)- Olives- Cherry Tomatoes- Brussel Sprouts - Grilled Salmon - Water Chestnuts (for a crunch)- Straw Mushrooms (if they are around)- Egg Whites

I love love love when the salad bar has sun dried tomatoes, lightly steamed broccoli, garlic brussel sprouts, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled egg whites, and sauteed vegetables! GO WHOLE FOODS!! haha! Keep it up!

Lots of fresh veggies and avocado! I love croutons with 1000 Island, but avoid it at all cost. I'm trying to go 100% vegan, so cheese and egg are officially off the menu for me.

Out of the above I would choose croutons, but most importantly I MUST have black olives!! And I often like those little ham cubes.. usually I avoid pork and such, but I love those on my salad bar salads.

Everything listed above except beans. (I'm assuming there is already cucumber, carrots, radishes, and other veggies in a green salad.) Also, if they have pasta salad add those to my plate, too. :D
