Dealist, maybe you should form your own opinion instead of spouting the philosophy of DR. Fuhrman and his "Eat to live" theory about diet. If its the way you feel, than great, but it isnt proven science. BTW this man says that the feelings of sickness, lightheadedness, headaches, and stomach cramping that you get when you skip a meal ISNT hunger its "detoxification" (rolls eyes)

I love brie and would be very sad without it, but I don't eat it everyday or even every month. I eat it occasionally and enjoy every luscious, creamy bite.

Right now, I'd say gorgonzola. (my current crush!) But I never tasted a cheese that I didn't like, so... I'd say I couldn't live without... CHEESE, in general! haha.

I have food issues and can't eat dairy products without getting sick, but I absolutely love cheddar. So much in fact, that every once in a while I'll eat some regardless of the consequences!

I see Bucheron goat cheese up in that picture, and that's definitely one of my top picks. Also, aged gouda, and there are 2 kinds of Brie from Whole Foods that I only recognize by their label. I LOVE CHEESE!
