Who Should Become the Next Iron Chef?

If you've been watching, then you know the competition has been pretty fierce. The finale is tomorrow night, and I want to know, who should become the next Iron Chef?

It's going to be Besh, but I think that the Food Network would benefit from a larger-than-life personality like Michael Symon's. Remember, the next iron Chef replaces battali! they should kick Cat Cora out, too, and put both Symon and Besh in! New blood!

Both Chefs are outstanding and seem very personable. Besh seems to keep his cool no matter the situation, and Symon has seemed a bit stressed during the last two competitions. I think that Iron Chef America is in need of a Chef who has a lot of diversity; with that said, John Besh with his expertise being in French, German, Southern, Cajun and grilling, is in my opinion the best Chef for the position. I think that both of them would add a refreshing element to the show, but if polish and style are factors, it is going to have to go to Besh. Both have a great sense of humor and both are extremely talented, I don't wish to take anything away from eithe of them. I would love to see two Iron Chefs chosen tonight, but I don't think that would please the masses.

I really like Michael and want him to win but John is more iron chef now. Michael will need a little polishing but be a great one. Can't wait to know who it is.

both are so talented, and so different. but i believe besh will become the next iron chef. n'awlins all the way!
