Molly was recently in Paris for a whirlwind 48 hours, but in that short amount of time she managed to pick up a box of gourmet cheese chocolates from Jean-Paul Hévin. The insides of these unique truffles are different types of creamy cheese, like thick and tangy goat cheese, while the outside is a classic dark chocolate shell. The flavor was unlike anything I'd ever tasted, but it totally worked and begged for a glass of red wine! Have you tried a cheese-filled chocolate before? What did you think?
