Would You Eat This Chorizo-Stuffed Cheeseburger?

While some of you were disgusted by the thought of consuming a bacon-wrapped hot dog, the majority of you would gladly eat one. If you will eat a bacon-wrapped hot dog, what about a chorizo-stuffed cheeseburger? Tara the Foodie made this burger stuffed with mushrooms and roasted jalapenos. Now I'm not the hugest fan of burgers — I prefer hot dogs — but I love chorizo, so I will definitely give this cheeseburger a bite. How about you? Would you eat this chorizo-stuffed cheeseburger?

I PROMISE it was really good and not as greasy as you would think. If you click through to my blog, then click on the picture to make it bigger, you'll see that the filling has chorizo in it, but it's also got alot of mushrooms, onions, and roasted jalapenos - it's not just stuffed with a bunch of greasy meat, haha.. that WOULD be gross. I ate half of one and my 6'2" boyfriend ate a whole one. I don't condone eating these every day, but if you're in the mood to be bad... I'm telling ya - go for it. - Tara the Foodie

oh please stop with the "yet we wonder why americans are so fat" We dont wonder we know! dont post if you want to point out the obvious, do you think anyone who is overwieght is going to look at that and feel awesome? or maybe stop eating bad things? probably not. so i counter with "this is why i love america, so much food so little time"

I don't like chorizo all that much, but I'll eat pretty much anything in burger form. And the mushrooms and roasted jalapenos sound delicious!

i love hamburgers for hamburgers and am weird about what topping to put on it or what to mix into it. i'm not a big fan of putting meat on top of meat..this looks a bit gross

I'm sure it TASTES delicious, but I would feel disgusting afterwards with all that fat and all those calories. So, I voted for just one bite.

nope. i wouldn't eat a cheeseburger on it's own - and i've never had nor watned chorizo - so i think that's a big ole NO from me.

Never tried chorizo before but that burger looks delish! Cheese, mushrooms, jalapenos... where do I sign up?!

I had chorizo for the first time on Valentine's day in an appetizer. It was okay but I may like it better in this type of setting but I certainly couldn't eat the whole thing!

Yet, we wonder why American's are so fat... I love chorizo, my mom always made it with eggs and potatoes, but no. I do not need pork, beef, and cheese mixed together, not including greasy sides, and called a meal... all it needs next is a donut bun. Gross.

Eh... gagging...hang on. Ok, I've read the ingredients that go into real Chorizo and ...gagging again...I when I was 11 I stopped eating chorizo. Won't even touch soyrizo because of nightmare about real Chorizo. So, no that thing would remain untouched by my hands like a Farmer John Hot Dog or Ball Park Frank.
