Would You Eat This Palin Sandwich?

Last week I couldn't stop gushing about Ike's Place, my new favorite sandwich joint in town. Well, this weekend, I made a return trip there and tried one of their new offerings, an election-minded sandwich called The Palin.

Generously sized for its $8.98 price tag, The Palin was jam-packed with shredded chicken breast, deep-fried mozzarella sticks, blue cheese, and Frank's Red Hot Sauce. While I wished there had been a little less hot sauce, I thought the result was one heavenly mess.

I love Sarah Palin however I hate hot sauce of any kind so I'd have to order it without hot sauce. Other than that it sounds great!

"Bacon and Lipstick" hah, Yum! The specific use of "Frank's" hot sauce does it for me. It's my favorite.

I think I just gained 15lbs looking at it, and I couldn't eat anything that was named after Palin. Although, I would think there would be venison or some other cruelly slaughtered animal on there to TRULY make it a "Palin sandwich"

I don't usually eat things that are super unhealthy, so I probably wouldn't actually order it, but it does look very yummy!!! Maybe if I split it with a person or two...

What's the saturated fat content on that thing? Nope, I wouldn't eat that, but Ike's is fab otherwise. Not often you see a shop serving halal and ham on the same menu.

What if McCain were to lower himself to make a comment such as this one about Biden? Can I made a sandwitch about his slur and not be seen as an @ssh*le, which I would be?? What if someone called Michelle a monkey in lipstick? Would THAT be okay???
