At first glance, this slice of pizza looks like regular cheese pizza. However, if you look closer, you'll notice something extraordinary about the topping. It's a macaroni and cheese pizza! Made and sold at Ian's Pizza — a popular pizza joint in Madison, WI and Chicago — the mac and cheese pizza is a best selling, crowd pleaser. I've never heard of mac n' cheese pizza and would love to get my hands on a slice of it. How about you? Would you eat macaroni and cheese-topped pizza?

Issa
I've had it before and yes, at first I thought it would be gross, but it was actually very good! Try it!
Fork yes! If it has cheese on it and it's not moving, I'm eating it!!! A chain called Umbria Pizza in Minnesota makes a mac and cheese pie, but I have yet to partake.
Oh man. I'd eat it. I'd eat your slice too, watch out.
I'd eat the whole damn pie!
Yes and HECK YES!
I LOVE pizza, but I really despise mac & cheese, so no, I wouldn't eat that.
YUCK. I am with hex913 - love love love pizza, but can't stand mac & Cheese
This sounds kind of...odd, but I'm sure if I came across it somewhere I'd feel compelled to try it, as I love both pizza and mac and cheese.
No thanks!
oddly enough, YES PLEASE!!!
(as long as its not all wet and the crust is super mushy)
Yum! I am going to Chicago this summer to visit my Mom, I'll have to tell her to take me there!
NY style pizza is ok...sometimes but pizza is no favorite of mine. Mac and cheese I always hate, no I say no.
I dont like my foods mingling so this would be a no for me!
haha. I have had this once in madison when I was visiting there for halloween. I am pretty sure I had it my freshmen or sophmore year of college at like 3 AM so of course then it was great!
Throw some bacon wrapped dogs on top of that for a complete meal!
Oh CiCi's. I Totally saw the poster and thought "Yeah right" but It's REALLY good.

That's my kind of pizza...
I love the baked ziti pizza at J's Pizza at 7th Ave and 16th St in NYC . . . but it's the cheddar and marinara combo of this one that confuses me. But, who am I kidding, I'd totally take a nibble!
This is just overkill. Each food on its own is sufficiently decadent. What's next, breaded and fried?
Why not?
Cheese is awesome!
No. I would eat the pizza without macaroni and cheese. It's a gross combination. Plus I only eat macaroni and cheese if it's homemade and exceptional. Otherwise, it isn't worth the fat and calories.
i've had it at cic's pizza and it's not too bad!
There's a place on chambers street and broadway in New York that does this, except with regular pasta on pizza.
You spelled macaroni wrong!
This looks fantastic, but i'd eat anything
I've had the baked ziti pizza at my favorite late night pizza place in NYC - Pi33a. And unfortunately, it was not as flavorful as I would want. Something was missing. I honestly think it even just needed salt. Or sausage. Something.
Hm. I do love pizza, and all things cheesey, so I'd have to give this a shot.
Yum! I want some right now!
I live in Madison but I've never really gone out on a limb and tried the mac and cheese pizza!!! Has anyone tried it? Should I? kinda sounds good :/
I would try it, sounds yummy.
I made Mac & Cheese pizza for my nephew once. OK, it was Lean Cuisine mac & cheese on top of Lean Cuisine Pizza, but he liked it.
I live in Madison and this pizza is AMAZING!!! If you ever get the chance, try it!!!
As always, I'd try a bite, but it looks like it might be too much dairy for my poor tummy to handle if I ate it in the quantities in which I normally inhale pizza.
omgoodness! i'm studying abroad right now, and have had a hankering for some Anotino's pizza. One location is in Amherst, MA where my school is, and the other is in Providence, RI, and they make theeee most outrageous delicious combinations of pizza I have ever witnessed. The Mac and Cheeseburger pizza, which this version reminds of, is a staple for many lucky students. The crust is usually crunchy and crispy on the outside, and warm and soft on the inside with awesome bits of mac on top along with the ooey gooey cheese and hamburger...oh yum! Some of my other favorites include a Honey Mustard Chicken pizza and an Avocado Quesadilla pizza which has chunks of delectable avocado along with tortilla chips, olives, tomatoes, and a drizzling of sour cream sauce on top!
Sounds like it could satisfy two cravings at once but then I'd have to vomit. The grease--uggghh-grease then all those simple carbs. What a waste of calories it would be for me. And how much time would I lose over the trashcan?
mmm, carb-tastic! Another unlikely but winning pizza topping is baked beans. Tasty!
I would never eat it (I don't like mixing my foods like that) but I have seen it before. It's made at Great Northern Pizza Kitchen, a chain around here.
CiCi's pizza has this combo on their buffet. Worth a nibble but I wouldn't go back for a 2nd piece.
Too much with the carb on carb.
I could go for that avocado quesadilla pizza, emperatriche.
ANYTHING with pizza!! lol but I also love macaroni and cheese soo....!yumm
It's the youngling's favorite CiCi's choice. He eats like a bird mostly but will put away two slices of mac and cheese pizza. It's really not bad but it's way way WAY too many carbs on one plate for me.
I would definitely try it. Over here they have ziti pizza so I can't imagine this being much different than that.
Maybe, I would definitely give it a shot.
that is one deadly slice of pizza but I would definitely try it!
Just Oh has obviously never had fried mac and cheese.
You're missing out!
looks yummy
colormesticky, Lucky Strike in Hollywood serves fried mac & cheese. I know from experience that its overkill--I wish I were missing out on that memory.
Definitely give it a try!
My two favorite foods together!!! I'll take two please!
misspriss - thanks for noticing, it should be fixed now!
Also, sign me up for a slice of this pie!
not only have I eaten it, I dropped it on the ground by accident and picked it back up and kept eating it. I was not sober but i would do it again!
