Both. It depends on how it's being eaten. For instance, if it's on a sandwich then I like it crispy so I won't have to pull on it when I bite into the sandwich. I only like it chewy if I'm eating it straight off the plate.

Like Sonya ina, for me it has to be turkey bacon. AND crisp! Is there any other way?

Bacon cooked crispy chewy heck I even ate uncooked bacon. I use the bacon fat in cooking to bring out or add additional flavour

Chewy and kinda soft. Aimeeb, ditto the brown sugar goodness! On the not-quite-bacon front, I did have some Bison bacon I bought at my farmer's market and it's actually really good. But yes, real bacon is made from pigs (pref. happy, pastured pigs).

no bacon for me, i rarely do. but IF i do...i like it in between, some crispy and some chewy. but the thought of that right now is making me feel sick hahaha

Although I do eat all bacon, I much prefer chewy. The chewier the better!

i'm a veggie and my family keeps kosher so we've never had bacon, but based on texture of similar things, i would imagine that i'd prefer crispy. i don't know if i'd enjoy something that was more chewy since it would take more effort to eat.

I love me some fatty, non crispy bacon. Its the best. and turkey bacon doesnt make any sence. bacon is pork. and thats it. but hmmmmmmmm bacon

I think significant bailout funds should be spent on this problem to ensure that I will never have to make such a horrible, horrible choice. How can you choose a favorite between your own two children? You can't! Let's never speak of this again.
