Roast chicken for me! I love all the ways you can enhance a roasted chicken (rosemary & lemon, spice rub for the chicken, honey & orange basting, smashed garlic under the skin & loads in the cavity) the list is endless whereas fried, well it's just fried. Cheers!

I'd RATHER eat fried because it's soooo good (!), but I roasted because it's better for you.

i like both...they are both good in their own way...i like fried because fried anything tastes really good and roasted has that juicy tender taste

I love both, but I can only cook roasted. The last time I tried to fry chicken (without my mother standing over me) I almost burnt the house down. Let's just say, there was a lot of fire extinguisher powder to clean up that night! That stuff goes everywhere!
