i LOOOOVE salsa, but never really eat it on chips. i sometimes ptu together a bowl with brown rice, veggies, beans, & salsa. yum! i especially love slightly out of the ordinary salsas, so lately i've been having salsa verde a lot. i've also tried some mango and peach salsas that are really good.

i'm a red salsa person. my husband eats both so when we go to places that have both on the table, i make him eat the green one.

I add red salsa to my white egg omelets. The green one seems to have a bitter undertaste to it, I don't understand why, or is it just my taste bud.
