Both. depends on my mood. sometimes i like the runny yolk, othr times I just want a nice scrambled mess. hubby will only eat scrambled. he hates runny yolks and would touch a boiled egg that isn't completely "hard".

I used to love scrambled eggs! Now I prefer fried or soft boiled.

poached or baked are my favourites, i really like scrambled but only if i cook it absolutely perfectly to my exacting personal taste haha and fried for most days i'm feeling lazy

Both! Scrambled if I make them (I like them soft, and every place I try them overcooks them), and fried if my dad makes them. He's a great breakfast cook!

Both! Fried with a runny yolk is good on toast, or if I'm in a hurry. Scrambled eggs are never made right; they require browned butter and very low heat and lots of patience. Either way, I agree with chiefdishwasher; farm fresh (and free range) is the only way to go.

Not fair- you didn't specify what I'm eating them with! Corned beef hash? Fried. Bacon and toast? Scrambled.

I keep wanting to like fried eggs, but I just can't get over the runny mess it makes. Fried over hard (I think is what it's called) I can do on a breakfast sandwich. Otherwise, it's scrambled for me
