Would You Rather Watch a Demo by Bobby or Michael?

I was lucky enough to enjoy both Bobby Flay and Michael Symon's demonstrations at last weekend's food festival in South Beach. However, if I had to choose between the two, I'd pick Bobby. I just love that guy!

I love both of them and really like their respective cooking styles, but, I don't care what anyone says about him or if he really is as arrogant as many people say he is, I think Bobby is soooo cute...

Bobby Flay fo' sho'. Funny thing is that I couldn't stand him for the longest time but I like him way more than Michael Symon.

Bobby Flay, I've been watching him forever. Plus Michael Symon has that creepy laugh and there's only so much pork love I can listen to.

I'd also probably love to see Rick Bayless, watching him on TCM was pretty fun. He seems like a nice guy, was interesting to watch.

Bobby Flay is an asshat. Michael Symon's laugh gets me every tim, he's hilarious, and so personable; and I've eaten at 2 of his restaurants and left both times thinking OMG, I HAD NO IDEA FOOD COULD BE THIS DAMN GOOD. I've got a plan to eat his other restaurants in the summer.
