Are You an Adventurous Griller?

This Summer my father and I have been incredibly adventurous when grilling. While we love classics like grilled chicken and grilled pork, we also enjoy experimenting with grilled pizzas and grilled cheese. Bacon, avocado, corn — you name it and we are tossing it on the grill. How about you? Are you unconventional when it comes to grilling?

I never really considered pizza and corn to be adventurous grilling, but I guess I am? If we're grilling then we're going to cook everything on the grill to keep from heating up the house with the oven or stove.

Nothing like grilled bacon to go on top of my grilled bacon and jalapeno pizza!!!!!!

we grilled our first pizza last weekend...I many never bake another pizza again...it was amazing and so much easier than we thought I LOVE avocado, but I can't imagine grilling it...how did it come out? I have three sitting on the counter right now I'd love to become more adventurous...especially in the summer, to avoid overheating the house with the oven

After reading yumsugar and other recipes, I've grilled more interesting things such as sourdough bread, fruit, asparagus, and shrimp...and now I may try avocado! But I like to have at least a guide/recipe so I know what I'm making will taste good and I'm not just randomly grilling for no reason.
