Tillen Farms Pickled Vegetables

I was also obsessed with the pickled vegetables from Tillen Farms, especially the dilly and spicy varieties of green beans. Since they're blanched and then pickled in an all-natural brining process, they're incredibly crisp and not squeaky. Did I mention they're perfect for Bloody Marys?

I've never tried any of that pickled. I may have too if it's that good.

Pickled green beans are a favorite at our house and extraordinarily easy to make yourself. When green beans are in season and on sale, we'll make quarts upon quarts of them. We'll also do pickled carrots and garlic. We want to do asparagus as well, but haven't been able to find it inexpensive enough to make jars and jars of it pickled. But an awesome appetizer is thinly sliced pastrami wrapped around a spear of pickled asparagus - YUMMY!
