YumSugar's 2010 August Must Haves

I've been pining after a pasta maker so I can make my own ravioli, and I think Imperia ($70) is the one. It's similar to the traditional pasta makers used throughout Italy, with nickle-plated steel rollers to create fettuccine, linguine, and, of course, solid sheets for ravioli.
