These have been all over the internet, but I couldn't risk a single one of you not seeing these Edible Bacon Cups. They're filled with salad, so that makes it healthy, right? — Not Martha

mmm yum! i just went to a restaurant that makes something similar except the turkey bacon is wrapped around plaintain. these r prob way healthier!

Ewe... gross, gross, gross! I love the notion that a salad is healthy no matter what. Like people that order a Caesar salad or a Cobb salad and think they are eating good for the day. Or actually any salad that is drench in dressing. Taco salads in the hard shells is another big offender. People are so misinformed!

Those are so awesome, I've got a friend coming to visit in a few weeks who is obsessed with bacon and that would be the perfect excuse to make them. Although probably going to have to find something else to fill them with as she doesn't really like veggies (silly girl)
