mdbzmom - you would just use your fingertips and a large bowl! It just takes a little bit more elbow grease, but instead of using a pastry blender, you just sort of blend it about with your fingertips. best of luck!

Yum! I've never made these before but it doesn't look too hard. How do you blend the dough if you don't have a pastry blender or food processor? Yes, I do live in the dark ages :)

Looks good to me, in conjuction with Corona's for Cinco de Mayo, which will be after the Mint Juleps for the Kentucky Derby which is that morning! And then the De La Hoya fight that night... sounds like a Cinco de Mayo is going to have a lot of flavors this year! "Party like a rock star, pound like a porn star, play like an all star!"
