OooooooH! I made Gingerbread Caramels for the first time this year! They were easy and sooooo delish! Just make sure you use a larger pan than you think you should, or when you add the cream, there WILL be a mess! I wish I had more, but I'll have to wait til next XMas! No more sweets for atleast a month
