Have you heard of Grom? It's an Italian gelateria chain that opened their first US store this weekend in New York. You think Pinkberry is hot? I have a feeling Grom is going to be even hotter. - Serious Eats

I had Grom all summer long! I'm not even a huge fan of ice cream but I absolutely loved their gelato (pistachio was my fave). Yes, it's overpriced but you have to stop by at least once to try it. It's hard not to go back once you've tried it though :P The lines are always long during the summer months. I'm sure if you tried now when the whether it is a bit cooler there won't be as many people there.
