You can also add a rim of chocolate shavings to make it a little more "martini-isque"

Such a cute idea!! I'll have to try this when my nephews and niece are here (like this 4th of July weekend) and everyone is having adult cocktails :) they sometimes feel like they are 'missing out' :)

Spectra, Im sure if you cut the Chewy Chips Ahoy (red bag) it would cut nicely or any soft cookie. Chewy Chips Ahoy are moist enough where they would not fall apart. If you cut the regular chips ahoy cookie (blue bag) I'm pretty sure it would fall apart.
