Thanks for posting my pepperoni-stuffed mushroom recipe, Yum. I've never gotten so many hits on my site - much appreciated. They really are good (if you like pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, you'll like these). I agree, the picture doesn't do them justice and if you read my entire post on these, you'll see that I didn't remember to take a "final product" photo of these (I cooked them at someone else's house and served immediately, forgetting the photo), so the picture you're looking at are them before they went into the oven. The finished product looks similar, but golden brown on top. Thanks again!
