Wow, this is so weird! I didn't even read YumSugar yesterday and yet I ordered these as an appetizer at the Thai place I went and was wondering how I could make them at home. I guess I'm way to in sync with Sugar!

I used to help my dad make huge batches of pot stickers when I was a kid. We'd freeze them and then have plenty to eat whenever no one felt like cooking :) (According to family lore, my dad once managed to eat several hundred pot stickers in one sitting...and kept it down!)
