Yummy Link: A Real Corn Soup

One of my weaknesses is fresh corn soup. There's something about the creamy texture that just melts my knees. If this corn soup with fresh herbs and paprika tastes as good as it looks, I'm going to melt into a puddle. - La Tartine Gourmande

I LOOOOOOOOOOVE CORN SOUP!! Add a little red pepper and some chicken and it's sooo good on a cold night. Filling too!

I actually had it for the first time not too long ago. Delish! But I can see where it could be a dish that could get mushy and gross if not done well.
