By now you've probably noticed that this Summer we are officially obsessed with Popsicles. How delicious do these root beer float pops sound?! They're a combination of vanilla ice cream and root beer with a cherry garnish. —Erin Cooks

Overseas is New Zealand. :) We're not currently having weather that makes any sort of cold treat particularly appealing! The only popsicle around here is of the human variety!

Hee. It's posts like this that make it crystal clear that I'm reading an overseas site! :) I don't even know what root beer is, and it's winter here, so with snowstorms and freezing temperatures, I'm more about the hot soup than the popsicles right now.
