Wired magazine cofounder Louis Rossetto is taking on a new project and this time there are no flashy bells, whistles, or technological advancements. This time it's all about chocolate. His new company, Tcho, is currently testing limited-edition beta bars — aka version .10 — at $4 a bar (you must be able to pick them up in person from the company's headquarters in San Francisco). — Tcho

I'm not clear on what makes these special, but I have spent $4 for good chocolate bars before. If I'm in SF I may try them!

In tech talk, beta is a term used for describing the pre-release version of a product (usually you see this when a new website or application launches). As with anything else in its beginning stage, there is always a chance for glitches and bugs to be ironed out. In the case of Tcho chocolate, lets just hope there aren't any bugs to remove! ;) Once the bars are tried and tested, they'll then evolve out of their "beta status".
