There's something about summer that just makes me want to eat pasta shells combined with fresh ingredients. After checking out a bajillion sites, this recipe for Pasta Shells with Italian Tuna, Grape Tomatoes & Baby Spinach is still sticking with me. I think I just found tonight's dinner. - La Mia Cucina

This is a great summer dish, and good to serve at parties, too. I've done variations of this pasta with tuna, chicken, and salmon. Meatless is just as delish.

I just cooked this today as I had friends over for lunch. It was great! I only removed the tuna (btw if you use some tuna, make sure it's not salted because my sauce ended up fairly saulted because of the capers and artichokes, or make sure you don't add any extra salt) to have it suitable for vegetarians. I also used parmesan instead of pecorino, but it was just as good. :)
