If you win Hell's Kitchen, you're supposed to get the title of executive chef at a fancy pants restaurant. So, it's interesting to note that neither the season 1 or season 2 winners are executive chefs anywhere. - New York Post

Well I guess they weren't too happy with the selections offered to them. I wish this season't winner luck. It also makes you think if their are other reality contestants not achieving what they were supposed to win. If that makes nay sense at all.

Wow, that's strange. I really liked that first guy, and I can't believe he came back to make knives?!? That seems like a major missed opportunity.
