I will have to try this out on my hubby who likes the grease laden ones at McDonalds. yuck. These look much better

She made me the Nuke McMuffins for me and they were awesome...just without grease or cooking spray!

I went to go visit my best friend a few weeks ago and she does something similar, but even quicker. She throws the veggies at the bottom of a ramekin and tops it off with eggs and cheese and nukes them in the microwave (I forget for how many minutes). Once done, she pops the egg out and it's the perfect size for an english muffin or just to eat alone. She's a new mother so she's discovering all of these time-cutting ideas. I thought it was pretty clever! :nerdboy:
