Pork belly is lovely and versatile, although I'm not sure I'd have it in a sandwich. Could I also, very humbly, suggest that it might be more polite if people were more constructive with their comments on a food blog when they're not partial to a recipe, rather than making "puke" faces not unlike a child under the age of 6? just saying.
