1 large egg white
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 1/2 teaspoons za'atar
2 cups almonds (10 ounces)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper or a Silpat.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy. Add the salt and za'atar, and whisk to combine. Add the almonds, and toss to coat.
- Spread the almonds out into an even layer on the lined half-sheet pan, and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until dry and fragrant.
