Miley Cyrus was spotted hanging out with her best friend, Cheyne Thomas, in Philadelphia, PA, yesterday. She kept her look neutral in all black, and layered on cozy accessories like a beanie and knitted snood. Miley's been on the East Coast with her Miniature Husky, Floyd, for the past few days, while fiancé Liam Hemsworth wraps up production on Paranoia.

Coincidentally, Ben's name's been swirling in political circles with rumors suggesting he could be among the contenders in the race to fill Senator John Kerry's seat, should it open up in the near future.

Ben's wrapping up a busy year during which he starred in and directed Argo, and we'll soon find out if he can add another Oscar nomination to his résumé when Academy Award nominations are announced Jan. 10. Anne's latest flick, Les Misérables, opens Christmas Day, and even though the film hasn't even hit theaters, she's already racking up critical accolades for her role. Anne earned a Golden Globe nod for best supporting actress after also picking up a SAG Award nomination earlier this month. Award season is less than a month away, but we'll have to wait until Jan. 10 to see if she'll also add Oscar nominee to that impressive list.

The getaway has been a mix of work and play for Kate, who struck a pose for photographers late last week. Kate modeled a leopard two-piece swimsuit for one shot and later changed into neon separates for a romp on the beach.

Kate's body is often on display on catwalks and starring in print ads, but soon her feet will take the spotlight in a new luxury campaign. The supermodel is the new face of Stuart Weitzman and posed for photographer Mario Testino during her first photo shoot with the brand. Weitzman shared why Kate was perfect for the job: "There isn't a Stuart Weitzman woman — I have a lot of muses. Among those muses are certainly fashionistas, celebrities, hip city girls, but also career women, housewives, brides. But I don't need to have in our ad campaign someone we're making shoes for, but someone who can show off the product as beautifully as we hope it is."

Donald and CaCee tied the knot in LA on Saturday with best friends Zach Braff and Jessica Simpson taking part in the ceremony. Jessica wore a black bridesmaid dress while CaCee walked down the aisle in a custom designed white gown. There were other famous faces on hand to watch the nuptials, including Breckin Meyer and Jessica's sister, Ashlee.

No word if CaCee and Donald have honeymoon plans, but they could be heading to Hawaii in the upcoming weeks if rumors of a surprise wedding for Jessica and Eric Johnson are true. The couple are reportedly planning a tropical trip with their families over the Christmas holiday, which could also serve as the perfect spot to say "I do." There's been plenty of speculation surrounding Jessica recently, including news that she may be expecting her second child.
