Next time you're craving Indian food, skip the takeout in favor of homemade curry, like this chicken tikka masala from Dmash.

I've been on a major Indian Food kick lately. As I've mentioned before, I'm basically obsessed with rice. So anything tasty that I can pour over the top or mix in with a vat of brown rice? I'm down. Fortunately for me, Indian Food is rice's best friend. So naturally, this chicken tikka masala recipe had me head over heels for it. This yummy dish will warm you up for the upcoming cold nights ahead.

This pesto like dip/spread/appetizer literally came out of what I had in my freezer and pantry. We were hosting an impromptu wine Wednesday night and I didn't have time to go to the grocery store beforehand and it was just a small party, so I winged it. This dip was nutty and sweet with a little bit of heat from the red pepper flakes and it had a lovely green color. Perfect with pita chips, toasted bread, or crackers with some cheese.

The perfect, make-ahead Autumn breakfast to hold you over until pumpkin pie season.

This chili combines bison meat, cannellini beans, kidney beans, guajillo peppers, and a bunch of other surprises to make a rich and deep chili. It does require a bit of cooking time to really get all the flavors going, but that's how it goes with all good chilis.
