Highway to Hell's Kitchen

If you have ever watched Hell's Kitchen and wished you were on the receiving end of one of Gordon Ramsay's tirades, then you're in luck: Gamemaker Ludia is cooking up an interactive version of Hell's Kitchen.

If you have ever watched Hell's Kitchen and wished you were on the receiving end of one of Gordon Ramsay's tirades, then you're in luck: Gamemaker Ludia is cooking up an interactive version of Hell's Kitchen. The game will actually feature Ramsay's voice and will contain some of his favorite recipes. It will be available on "all major platforms including PC, console and mobile," and will be released next year in order to coincide with the fourth season of Hell's Kitchen.

No word on what you'll have to do exactly, but something tells me that there's bound to be at least one beef wellington challenge.

Tiramisu Two Ways — Beginner & Expert

Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts.

Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts. I love the smooth, creamy filling and the light, melt in your mouth cake. I order tiramisu when eating at restaurants, but have only attempted to make it at home twice. Both times, I failed miserably and was unhappy with the end result. But practice makes perfect and I've finally built up the courage to experiment with tiramisu.

I've found two recipes — one for cooks new to the kitchen and another for more experienced chefs — so you should be able to make the tiramisu that suits your style. All you have to do is read more

Scrumptious, Delicate Chocolate Macaroons

Although the majority of you prefer coconut macaroons to the classic French sandwich cookie, I love the French version.

Although the majority of you prefer coconut macaroons to the classic French sandwich cookie, I love the French version. When I eat a French macaroon, I am instantly transported to the glorious streets of Paris. I enjoy how the cookies have a crisp, dry outside and soft, chewy inside.

In this recipe, the sweet filling is a chocolate whipped cream. These take time to make, but the final product is divinely worth it. They're great with an afternoon coffee or glass of bubbly, so get the recipe now, just read more

Yum Market Finds: Young at Heart

I'm not sure why, but it seems like my friends and I are constantly hunting for things that make us recall our youth and feel like kids again.

I'm not sure why, but it seems like my friends and I are constantly hunting for things that make us recall our youth and feel like kids again. I'd say that it was unique to us, but when I was going through the Yum Market it was pretty obvious that we're not the only ones. Do you remember the Snoopy Sno-Cone Machine? TeamSugar member amh678 bookmarked this cultural icon and it, along with all the other things below, are whisking me back to my youth.

Come Party With Me: My First Thanksgiving — Menu (Part 1)

The most important thing to remember when planning your first Thanksgiving is to stay calm.

The most important thing to remember when planning your first Thanksgiving is to stay calm. Really, Thanksgiving is just like any old dinner party, but with the menu already established. Don't try to do everything yourself and do get help from the store. Start by creating a massive grocery list of everything you will need. Next, figure out a cooking timeline and schedule. Read each of the following recipes carefully.

For appetizers, create a cheese platter of three cheeses — a soft, spreadable goat, a pungent cheddar, and a creamy blue — with dried fruit, nuts, and crackers. Prosciutto wrapped figs are a delicious accompaniment. Don't take on too many dishes for the main meal. Serve the classics: roast turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and a green salad. Purchase a store bought cranberry sauce and gravy, and if desired, ask a trusted friend who enjoys cooking to make a few more sides.
