Over the long weekend, some of my friends took the opportunity to embark on long journeys to exotic lands. Although I wasn't able to go with them, there's no reason that I can't pretend we're there instead! For the rest of this week, PartySugar and I will take you on a virtual taste excursion through four haute cuisines! Tomorrow we'll start things off with the flavors of Brazil, followed by Vietnam, Morocco and Greece. If you have any great recipes from those countries, be sure to share them with us on TeamSugar. Bon Voyage!

A rich semisoft cow's milk cheese that comes from Italy's Lombardy region (northern middle Italy: Milan is in Lombardy). Depending on its age, the taste can vary from mild to pungent. Now that the weather is warming up, take advantage of cooking on the grill. Not only does it get you out in the fresh air, but grilling is a great technique that is quick. Japan gets all the interesting limited edition flavors. This time it's a limited edition Ice Cucumber flavored Pepsi. Yep, cucumber. I'm wondering if it will actually taste like Pepsi, maybe something along the lines of clear Pepsi, only fresher? The limited edition flavor will be released in Japan on June 12th. It's unclear how long it will stick around, but if it's a hit I imagine it will be on the shelves for a while.
All across America, home cooks are taking to the outdoors and making their meals on the grill. I have yet to master the art of grilling steaks, vegetables, fish, and more, and usually leave that up to my dad: the grill master. However, the last time I used his grill, I noticed that he'd let things get a little messy and some of his tools were even rusty! That's why I want to surprise him with a new set of barbeque tools and I asked you to help me find them. I told you that he needs tongs, a brush, a spatula, and any other special tid bits. You bookmarked internet finds in the Yum Market on TeamSugar and tagged them with the keyword, BBQ Tools. An affordable and practical option was submitted by chellebaby. She found a 5 piece bbq set with extra long handles to ensure that my dad doesn't burn himself. Great thinking chellebaby!
