We recently introduced you to the contestants on the new season of Hell's Kitchen, and many of you said you were excited to watch the season premiere. After watching the first episode last night, it's safe to say that this season, there'll be lots more of Gordon Ramsay in store. Part potato skins and part nachos, this recipe is the perfect dish to kick off your Super Bowl weekend. The classic meat and potatoes combination gets transformed into the ultimate layered dish.
While the potatoes crisp in the oven, a flavorful mix of ground beef, black beans, and taco seasoning cooks on the stove. To make this cheesy dish vegetarian, simply omit the meat. Check out the recipe when you read more
The Dos and Don'ts of Attending a Super Bowl Party Super Bowl Sunday is a national holiday for sports' lovers, but if you're not a football connoisseur, you can still reap the benefits of a fun Super Bowl party! Check out DearSugar's dos and don'ts before spending this weekend with die-hard fans, and please feel free to add you own in the comment section below.
Before the Super Bowl begins, take some time to make the atmosphere in your living room comfortable and inviting. Select party decorations in your team's colors. Since I'm cheering on the underdogs (the Arizona Cardinals), my color scheme is black, red, and white. Cover the table or a side banquet in a red tablecloth. Place the sliders and sandwiches on a black tray and stack appetizer plates nearby. Cocktail napkins with a football print are festive. Fill beer buckets with ice and chill the beer. If you have bottles of beer, don't forget to have several bottle openers on hand. Serve the Jell-O shots in clear Dixie cups. Turn on football-shaped lights and toss a few red throw pillows on the couch. Beer koozies are a fun party gift that can be enjoyed throughout the game.

To find out what the chef, who's currently working at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach, had to say, read more
