Thanksgiving is about homey, comforting recipes with simple ingredients that are cooked to perfection. From the time that we're in elementary school, we have images imprinted in our brains of what Thanksgiving looks and tastes like: pumpkin pie, cornbread, and, of course, the main event of a big, beautiful bird.
