California's Artisan Cheese Festival is taking place in my hometown this weekend. The event features seminars, creamery tours, dinners, and a large walk-around tasting. It's a cheese lover's heaven! Although I enjoy all kinds of cheese, if I were to pick one current favorite, it would be Midnight Moon by Cypress Grove. It's an aged goat's milk cheese that's smooth, nutty, and complex.
