Instagram Challenge: Grilling
In honor of the warm weather and sunny skies, we've declared June Grilling Month, and every day this month we're bringing you brand-new grilling recipes, educational tidbits, and pointers for making your cookout the best party ever.
To really blow out barbecue season, we're hoping you'll be game to share your favorite flame-broiled moments on the back porch with us. Upload your photos to Instagram and include the hashtag #savorysight in your caption; we'll combine our favorite shots and share them with you in a few weeks. And make sure to follow YumSugar on Instagram (username heyyumsugar) for delicious inspiration. If you don't use Instagram, then don't worry! You can always upload your Spring food photos to our Savory Sights community group.
Recipes We Tried (and Loved!) This June
This month, we kept the stoves off with most recipes and took to the grill with simple, classic recipes, including everything from grilled corn to Korean short ribs to flame-licked pound cake. For those ready for a good challenge, make use of June's seasonal produce with more intensive recipes like Korean short ribs and blueberry marshmallows. Get excited for a bevy of new recipe suggestions. Are you ready to melt in a good way?

Savory Sight: Chicken With Pepperoni Sauce
Need another chicken dish to spice up your midweek meal routine? Try this creative idea from ambitiouskitchen.
This is an easy to make meal that will absolutely blow your mind. The pepperoni sauce is spiced up with red pepper flakes, then spooned over the chicken and topped with cheese. Think Italian, but with endless possibilities. Stuff it in a pita, throw it on top of pasta, or just eat it as is; you won't regret it.
For the recipe, check out her blog, then be sure to share your favorite chicken recipes with us in the Savory Sights community group. If you're on Instagram, then don't forget to tag your food photos #savorysight.
