After carefully considering the fact that I had never made a Thanksgiving dinner before and was having guests, I bought this turkey last year. The package "says" that it can go from the freezer to the oven but that is not true, if you want the turkey to be fully cooked. When I took the turkey out of the oven it was beautiful. It tasted great and I was so excited. Until we started making plates. It wasn't cooked all the way in the middle. We had to put it back in the oven for about 15 minutes. The fine print on the package says that they recommend that it thaws for a few days...that's the way to go !
